StreetLights Residential has completed its second phase of a luxury multifamily community dubbed The Louise in Arlington, Virginia. The new 343-unit luxury apartment project comes following the successful debut of the first phase in 2021.
StreetLights has built these luxury apartment projects on a 2,000-acre master-planned community in Arlington known as Viridian. This community is at a convenient location between Dallas and Fort Worth, which offers access to five major lakes and trails.
Additionally, its location is also in close proximity to several local shops and event venues. Therefore, residents of The Louise will have access to all the available amenities within Viridian as well as proximity to the DFW airport.
Features and amenities of the Louise luxury apartment
The 343-unit Louise luxury apartment contains a mix of floor plans ranging from studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units. However, these apartment units will have varying sizes ranging between 588 to 1,674 square feet.
All units are well equipped with Interior finishes such as granite countertops, tile backsplashes, and deep drawers for pots and pans. Other amenities featured include custom flooring, dine-in island seating, urban mudrooms, custom cabinetry along with a pull-out trash drawer.

The Louise luxury apartment also provides spa-inspired bathrooms and oversized walk-in closets, energy-efficient washers, and dryers. However, certain features will only be available in a few select units. These include smart home features, all hard surface flooring options, oversized outdoor living spaces, and screened porches.
Additionally, the Louise apartment community also contains 32 two-story townhomes which span across 1,902 square feet. Each of these townhomes has a similar design, offering a two-car garage and powder bathroom on the first floor. Other amenities include a pool, outdoor lounge, clubroom, fitness center, golf simulator, library, art studio, conference room, and a pet park.
